Within the email body, please specify the nature of your request. After taking reasonable steps to authenticate the request, the Company will endeavor to respond to the request within 45 days.

However, depending on the complexity of the request, the Company may request to extend the timeline for a response.

How to Appeal a Decision Regarding a Request to Exercise Your Rights

To appeal any decision made by the Company in regard to a request to exercise rights regarding your data, please submit an email with the subject line “Appeal of Data Subject Request Response” to the following email: info@thedentalsuitewa.com

Within the email body, please specify the nature of your appeal and reference any prior correspondence from the Company serving as the basis of the appeal. The Company will respond to the request within 45 days. If the appeal is denied, you will be advised as to steps you can take to challenge the denial.
